Students undertake postgraduate study for a variety of reasons:
Postgraduate level is achieved either through taught programmes or by research.
Our postgraduate level taught courses may be offered as full-time or part-time on our four campuses across Northern Ireland; by distance learning; or ‘blended’ learning. Blended learning means some on-campus teaching combined with distance learning.
This flexibility in delivery enables you to fit your study around your lifestyle and commitments.
Postgraduate taught courses may be delivered at Certificate, Diploma and Masters levels.
Time commitment varies for our courses. You may be on-campus for one or more days and/or evenings per week or modules may be delivered through block teaching (e.g. three consecutive days per semester). To find out about the course timetable contact the named person at the end of the prospectus course entry.
Entry conditions vary. Previous experience may be taken into account. The exact entry qualifications are highlighted in the course profile on the online prospectus.
We also have an extensive range of postgraduate research programmes at MPhil, PhD, MD,professional Doctorate, MClinRes and MRes opportunities.
